1- The surrender of up to 1% to the buyer is valid for any purchase of a property listed with a
brokerage contract with Daniel Larivière whose deed of sale must be made on or before
December 31, 2019. This amount can not exceed $ 7,500 and is calculated based on the smallest
between the percentage and the maximum of $ 7,500.
2- To obtain the 1% discount, the buyer must deal directly with Daniel Lariviere without a
collaborating broker.
BUYING A PROPERTY NOT REGISTERED BY DANIEL LARIVIERE
3- The buyer wishing to acquire a property other than that registered by Daniel Lariviere and
trading through Daniel Lariviere’s company as a collaborating broker is entitled to a .5% discount
from Daniel Larivi;
VIA A COLLABORATOR BROKER
4- The buyer who trades through a collaborating broker for the acquisition of a property who is
listed with a brokerage contract with Daniel Lariviere will be entitled to a discount of .5% from
Daniel Larivière.
RESPECT FOR THE SELLER
5- The seller who have a brokerage contract with Daniel Larivière must respect the terms and
conditions of the brokerage contract.
REIMBURSEMENT OF ILLIGIBLE FEES
6- The discount will be in the form of reimbursement of notary fees, building inspection, moving
or interior design.
CONDITION OF REFUNDS
7- To ensure a high quality service. The buyer must use the services of firms referred by Daniel
Lariviere for mortgage brokerage services, building inspection and notary.
8- The buyer must complete a document releasing from all responsibilities Daniel Larivière for
the services rendered by these third companies or persons.
9- In the event that one or more of its conditions can not be respected the buyer can not be
eligible
